The fabric material is very stiff and doesn't look like the picture at all. In the picture, the color is different and the fabric does not look so stiff and has a nice fall but the one sent has a very different material

After years and years of buying from Mirraw, recently have had the worst experience EVER! I ordered a product in nov and instead of receiving what i was expecting, i received a 2nd order of a previously received product. So now i have 2 of the same outfits which is of no use to me. Since Nov, have been trying to request for a refund or re-order of the correct product. its Jan end now - NO LUCK! Its been a big waste of my time and money and still no result. They have my money and my product too!
