It has been one month of being on phone umpteen times for long times, emailing photos of damaged goods and even talking with the manager Mr Nirmal who promised 100% refund in 3 hours 3 days ago and still no response Horrible service
The necklace looks quite cheap and not elegant like the picture. The gold is too orange and the pearls are not white - they are more pink/gold. Some of the top pearls had fallen off and lucky they were still in the bag. I will pull the item apart and replace the pearls with whiter ones that look more stunning. Hopefully that will make the item look a bit more quality.
