I ordered the yellow silk saree. I received a very bad quality sari. Lots of saree threads were hanging out at the bottom of the saree. If I start cutting them, soon whole sari will open up.
I am not as much concerned about the quality of the product delivered. The issue is with the order. When I placed the order, I forgot to add one item to the order so I called Mirraw customer service and asked them to add the product to the order. They added the product and told me I will receive an email for the payment and email regarding the updated order. When I did not receive the email about the order, I called back the customer service and they told me its not possible to add the item now, you need to place another item and pay for shipping. I told them to cancel the existing order and refund the money . The representative told me a supervisor will call me to discuss with me about the concern I had but no one called as of today. They shipped the partial order anyway without cancelling it. very dissatisfied with the customer service
