On the picture it was saying it’s a semi stitch lehnga and I’m going to wear it on my pre wedding shot but bad luck it was not a stitched one. And now I have to buy new one because it will take time for alteration and I don’t have enough time.
Beautiful lehenga...stitching was really good...perfect to my size....only problem was that the whole package smelled of sweat....you should make sure you dry clean before sending the packages....I could picturise sweaty hard working tailors stitching the lehenga somewhere in a factory in India....please dry wash before sending the items...horrible stenchy smell
Love the garment and very happy with the entire process! Only issue is the blouse measurements I submitted were not followed- or maybe more measurements need to be submitted to ensure sizing. The top half of the blouse (above the breast to the shoulder) is extremely tight and hopefully can be fixed locally. I would not pay for alterations again.
I was not expecting this product to be good as I had heard a lot of bad things about this website but the product was true to picture and stitched well (the blouse is very tight but it looks good so I'm fine with it). I am very happy about this. But the lehnga I got was also not cheap (Around 130USD) so at least I got a good product. However, the customer service was TERRIBLE. After I placed my order, I did not get my measurement form. I had paid for custom stitching so I was very upset about this. I should have been able to choose my blouse style and everything but I could not. Furthermore, when I emailed the customer service, they sent a link to a page that only asked for bust waist and hip measurements. That is too little for lehnga. I was not able to fill in my detailed measurements. I called and emailed many times but there was no reply. This was frustrating. After that, I got an email from the stitching team saying the measurements I have provided need changes. I was shocked as I was not even given any form to fill detailed measurements. In the email they had filled in their own measurements that they gauged from my full length picture that I had provided. The measurements were not accurate but were close. I wanted to change it but there was to option to change and rote my own. There was only the option to accept their suggestions or arrange a call. I arranged a call could not hear the other person clearly when the call came. When I called back, the person said that the tailor was out for lunch and he will call me back in half an hour. No call came. When I called back, there was no answer. Frustrated, I just accepted the changes the next day as I had lost hope of being able to change. Please note that this whole time I have sent several emails with my detailed measurements to both the customer service team and the stitching team so that they may amend it for me as I was given no option to do so. Luckily the lehnga fits okay. The blouse is very tight but it looks good. Product is good however, please consider allowing customers to give their measurements WHILE ordering and making payment. I don't understand why you insist on doing it after as you don't even bother to send the form or reply to calls and emails.
