I am grateful for the quality of the clothing I have received; however the pressure I was put through to receive the finished product was unprecedented and unnecessary. There is a complete breakdown of communication between the different members of the team, and a clear lack of understanding of what is required. I hope the Managers who own this company invest in their employees and are kind to them, but I also hope that there is sufficient training provided. Please stop requiring your employees to respond to each and every email, including the ones where we just say thank you. I only need a response when I ask a question. This very unusual requirement you all have that your service representatives must respond to each and every hello and thank you, is not an efficient use of their time or mine. Please heed this feedback. I know your reps are all hardworking and they diligently answered my calls and tried to help, but it was sad that it took so many people just to resolve one request.
